Tire Rotation

Hi, can someone advice how should tire rotation be carried out? and how often is the recommended frequency. what should the pressures in the tires be?

i am driving the 159 JTS 2.2 with Pirelli 235/45ZR18 98Y

Tyre pressures as in the back of your owner's manual:
2.7 Bar Front.
2.5 Bar Rear.

Swap tyres front-rear as often as you like.
Starting with a new set of four tyres I usually swap front-rear when the fronts are half worn and then again when the fronts (that were originally rears) are half worn again.
That way they wear out evenly as a set, so you don't end up with miss-matched tyres.

Tyre rotation, now there's something that takes you right back to the 1970s.

As well as front to back, wasn't there something about swapping offside to nearside too (as long as the tyre type allows of course)?

That changes tyre rotation direction though, which can be an issue even if the tyres are not directional.
Straight front to rear is fine though.
