Hey all, ive just brought a 147 1.6 (due to my age) im looking to upgrade it!! any ideas people? would love to hear your thoughts! cheers lukie

thats Pat's alfa, he sold the engine a while back now. it was completely built rods pistons the lot, you won't get close to those BHP figures without a big spend. I think he moved on to a 2.0 motor now.

realistically if your age is a problem then mods are going to be a massive no no on any insurance premium. I would save your money and wait till your 21 and buy a 2.5 V6.

as the old saying goes, there is no replacement for displacement!
