Upsolute remap, anyone done? (2.0 TS)

Hello,
as the most popular (in this forum) remap services AD, Angeltuning, Red Dot etc. are not available to me in Finland I'm interested in any experiences on this UPsolute.com The Chiptuning Company | Home

they do have remap for 2.0 TS, and a "local" agent but had no luck searching for experience here.
Anyone tried?

Not much point on a TS ... you'll only get an extra 3-5 bhp if that ... (some people say the car is more drivalbe ... but you'll never get the sort of increase you get on a JTD)

Juuso
although not mentioned on our webshop, we do offer an exchange ECU which has been re-mapped.
We simply post you the ECU (instructions supplied) and you send back your old ECU.
If you are interested please email me jano@autodelta.co.uk

Hmmm, that sounds interesting. Can you do owt for a 1.8 Twinny? I know the gains won't be much......

Re: Upsolute remap, anyone done? (2.0 TS)

We can do all CF3 T/S models (cars built from septemeber 2000 onwards) all selespeed T/S models as well as all 3.2 V6 GT or GTA including selespeed. Early t/s we can do but you will need to send your existing ECU with 1 ignition key and the AR code box.Really nearly all models, the only models that we need the actual car to re-map are the JTS models
The 1.8 improvement is around 10-12 bhp and good torque increase through the rev range.
Hope the info is usefull.

Jano

Jano,
sent you a email. Very Interesting.

I understand the limitations compared to turbo cars, but I really am after better throttle response and low end driveability. Daily commuting is sometimes tiring and many posts suggest that TS gains in this department with remap.

That's good then. May I ask what you mean by the AR code box?

Not bad
What kind of price would I be looking at?
Feel free to PM me
