I don't think the autodelta gta has a Q2 it has something else, think it's a clutch type diff...

whats a 3.7 supercharged prduce power-wise? 400ish?

I think so not sure if that includes the modena throttlebody upgrade as well though, if not could well be higher. I don't know a great deal about Jano's stuff other than I can't afford it

jeez the thought of more than 400 ponies in a 147 is terrifying. take everything into account though and you could quite easily be looking at a £50k alfa 147 GTA. now whats more terrifying?

I just ticked of all the most expensive mods for the 147 GTA in the AD shop and it came to just under 17K

I saw Jano last year at his works in London and I'm sure he said the GTA parked outside was around 500 bhp

I think the 'normal' 3.7 Super is 420bhp, at 0.6 bar of boost. Maybe if you used lower compression pistons and forged internals you could up that to 1 bar and get roundabout 500bhp.. Should be 525bhp based purely on how much more air you'd get in but I'm sure as you increase the boost it gets a little bit less efficient.

You could take it a lot higher though, using the exact same supercharger there are VW Golf R32s with 550bhp+, with as much as 1.6 bar of boost. There was a thread a few months ago on the comparisons actually, but I can't find it..

I thought it was 422bhp for the s'charged 3.7...

AD offer a Quaife diff, which is different from the Q2. Better for track work I believe, more aggressive.

That much power on the road would be nuts. I can't use full throttle in second gear even in the dry, so I should imagine your TC light would be permanently stuck on with 420ish
