Replica Teledials - Does anybody make them?

So Im getting feed up with my wheels when I bought the car the owner said he had had them refurbished but like OperationAlfa pointed out when he saw them in the flesh they look plasticy as the paint whoever has used is clearly just the wrong color and they look abit naff, also the fake bolts that give the effect of a split rim are starting to go missing and the just look abit tired.



Now I really fancy a set of 17" GTA teledials, will the 17' teledials fit under the standard 156s areches as I cant make out if the 156 has flared arches or not.



but I know how rare they are, but on my travels I'm sure I saw somewhere that made replica GTA rims. IS there somewhere that makes these or stocks Alfa GTA teledials.

I've currently got 17's and once the ride hight is dropped slightly I think they will sit nicely and dont really want to drop down to the 16' teledials.

Any help is always welcomed

I have heard good and bad about this company however.

The GTA wheels do fit, as I have them on my 156. They are a half inch wider per wheel, this is what gives the GTA its wider track over the standard 156. So it is recommended you fit 225/45/17 tyres to them, although 215/45/17 will fit the wheel rim will stick out further than the tyre, making kerbing easy.

Bear in mind you can get the normal teledials (that mostly come in 16") in 17". These were fitted standard to GTV 3.0 V6s, and as an option I think on the TS.

there is a set on ebspares.co.uk for £440 at the moment.

I really don't like the wheels you have at the moment. I hope I am not the only one.

Your not, thats why I'm asking about other wheels
The car is a pretty low spec model and I imagin came with steelies out the showroom so the first own bought the Team Dynamics Diablo's the first year andn the Remus DTM the following year so both items are 8yrs old now, and its time both where replaced - the exhaust is on the way its just the wheels.

I dont want to drop to 16's unless I got a set at silly money to be honest

I have a pair of 16" teledials for sale in the for sale section. They could do with a paint, and the tyres are shot but I only want £20 for them to get them out of the way..

£20 ! ! ! hehehe thats silly money, if I was rolling on standard steelies or smaller alloys I snap your hand off for them but seeing as I got 17's I dont really want to drop down to be honest.

Im def gona think about the 147 teledials on EBspares, only thing is with my Exhaust now in transit and my Skirts still to arrive (I think the truck ran out of petrol somewhere in euro) Im not sure if I can budget for them.

But we're see.

Had a good look at mine while wash the car this morning and Im really keen to change these.

Just looking at a set of Teledials now, Whats a good price for a set of 4, 3good tyres 1not so good.

I know EB Spares have/had a set going for £400 but not sure if that was with rubber and I'm not sure I want to spend than much.

The ebspares ones come bare as far as i know.

TBH, i would go with the ebspares ones as they are brand new and pretty much guarenteed to be in perfect shape.

Those nice 17" Teles went for £255, a great price really. They are cheapo tyres though.

At the moment I just cant justify £440 and then having to get tyres, mytyres.co.uk set of 4 works out around £60 for a not great tyre so I'm gona wait and see what happens

Are you just after the GTV Teledials or GTA Teledials too? The GTV wheels are 30mm offset compared to the GTA 35mm offset.

At least you have a reasonable choice in the UK of second hand wheels. I bought my GTA wheels direct from Italy - not too bad a price for 5 wheels, 4 tyres and shipping to Qatar.

I wasnt aware of the difference in offset myself, I was told I could go for either.

I imagin that the GTA items will fetch alittle more than the GTV items but I'm just really looking to replace my nasty looking aftermarket wheels with nice Alfa items, and I quite like the classic look that the teledialgives the 156

17" GTV alloys are very sort after and rarer than the GTA but I dont think either type sell for much less than £250.

My other favourite Alfa wheel is the 17" Selespeed style (7x17" and 40.5mm offset) - I have a set which I plan to refurb and paint anthracite for my red car when I get some time............along with lowering, GTA style lights and painted mirrors

Wasn't aware the GTV wheels where rarer that the GTA wheels.

But I check eBay daily to check just incase either comes up

I have just bought a set of 4 genuine teledials from ukoldschool and I'm very anxious to receive them here in Romania.
