147 GTA Q2

Well Happy Aubrey gets Q2!

I've joined the Q2 club! Got the GTA back from NJS in Pershore this afternoon and have been out for a quick test drive on one of my favourite routes. I was worried that I might not notice much of a difference, but even given the limitations of traffic getting in my way, the improvement is immediately obvious - fantastic! I'm looking forward to really getting to know the entirely different handling now!

Only downside is it would seem my car is no longer the only 147 GTA in Worcester - I've just seen a 54 plate black one for the second time in five days (Sportiva sticker in the back window, so bought locally). And, sadly, the driver seemed intent on not acknowledging my GTA either time - maybe he'll learn? Bet he hasn't got Q2 though!

Fantastic! I'm getting a Q2 fitted in the next few weeks to mine, so glad to read you're so impressed!
The 54 plate you saw was for sale when I was looking in Jan and Feb, and it hasn't got a Q2! And no excuse for not waving, I'm sometimes in Worcester so look out for me! I'll wave!

They are great, aren't they? Glad you like it. Alfa should really be applauded for this one. I think it really negates a lot of the criticism of FWD.

Cheers,

Nigel

147 GTA Q2

Re: Aubrey gets Q2!

I spent the whole day at work wishing I could get back in the car, so I've been for another spin this evening and am still grinning. What a truly awesome upgrade! My love affair with the GTA is well and truly rekindled! (Not that the flame had gone out or anything you understand.......)
