Is there a breaking in period for my new dampers/springs i.e will my car get lower or stay as is?

Cheers

Steve

Re: new dampers/springs

Will get lower mate, 5mm I'd guess, but it'll take a few hundred miles. And then it will get a bit lower over the years, as the springs sag with age.

My went down 3 mm in the first two weeks measuring from the ground to the top of the wheel arch. In the next years it probably went a little lower, but it is not measurable because tyre wear over the time made much larger difference.
