adrian flux and a-plan are the only two i know of who will insure the nitrous for street use... im fully comp with 5y NCD and IAM observer status (institute of advanced motorists) and pay about £600 with protected no claims and the missus on the policy! that last bit may be a big mistake tho
have you managed to get the kit fitted yet? how are you finding it? i just invested in a bottle heater and the difference is breath taking, even thinking of backing the jets down a little, any moisture on the road and i have no traction at all! have ordered a controller tho so should sort things out.
