Legal reasons I think. AlfaOwner might be liable or criminally culpable if it allowed illegal street racing to be organised on its site..

I'll make it very simple 'Spence. Very simple.

AO does not tolerate posts that promote any illegal activity (street racing being one of them incidentally). Those found to be doing that will be banned permanently.

Pretty clear, isn't it?

trouble is BF, i like reading stuff about "tuned" Alfas, iam not interested in standard stuff as a rule (hence iam good at what i do (tuning))

can it not be edited? the illegal stuff that is? and the poster given a warning 3 warnings and your out

our SA friends have alot of good to input, just WITHOUT their illegal street activities

and before anybody thinks i like street racing, i DON'T, it CAN cost lives

Yes, it can be edited and warnings/infractions given.

Depending what gets posted we may choose to give an infraction rather than an outright ban.

I just hope people understand that discussions about tuning is fine, discussion about stuff that can get AO in legal troubles is not.

Thank you for understanding, we will not and cannot endorse any illegal activity what so ever, we as publishers/distributors of information still have a duty of care and responsibilities to society.

AO
