OK guys, as you might know if you have been following my thread, I'm looking at upgrading my brakes on the 156.
My thread here:
http://www.alfaowner.com/Forum/tunin...4mm-330mm.html (Brake conversion 284mm -> 330mm)
I've settled on a a K-Sport 330mm brake kit as the best possible upgrade per £. Before any discount we might get, it's going to be £900 for the for the kit, which includes DS2500 pads, VAT and delivery.
Details here:
K-Sport Big Brake Kits for European and Japanese Vehicles
The kit contains:
-two front calipers, with 8-pistons in each!
-two front discs, 330x32mm
-front pads (DS2500 I recommend but there are alternative options)
- stainless steel braided front hoses
- all the fitting bits and pieces necessary
To take part in this, you will need:
A 147 or a 156, but not a GTA. (1.9/2.0 GT is a possibility, anyone with a GT interested let me know and I'll find out for you)
17" wheels
Please register your interest on the thread if you are a 'maybe' or a definite or have any questions.
I'm hoping to get this down to £700 or so, if we can get ten of us to do the upgrade.

Back on the road: Alfa 156 3.0 24v V6, Silver with red leather, Q2 diff, 17" GTA Teledials, headlights & inlet manifold, AutoDelta carbon intake,
