If you tweak the GTR, Nissan will void the warranty. I was tempted too but too much hassle.

Re: Boosting the Brera...Japan.

Holy Sheesh...Bigfoot that is the most scariest looking avatar on the planet, ugly buggar. Oh wait, hang on...thats from a skit, which I can't for the life of me remember where...erm his name is fat bastard and he has a scottish accent right...? Funny stuff...rolf.

Yeah its limited at such a speed but I did NOT know that nissan would void the warrenty. Does that apply to any form of adjustment such as a remap or turbo tweek...? Just the speed limiter yes! That car is inane to the max. I wanted to test drive one but I have to go to Tokyo and I do not have time...! I just would NEVER sell the Brera though, just would not happen and definitely not for a nissan. Actually we have just done deals with nissan for the cluster design...should be interesting to see how that pans out.

It's from Austin Powers

God knows why he picked that as an avatar though... I mean who in their right mind would have suggested that !!

Dealer told me: "touch it, and it's no warranty" also, "sell it within 1 year and it's no warranty".

Re: Boosting the Brera...Japan.

Thanks Kanga...I will definitly look into all options. I am full steam ahead saving and bunus time will help too. At the moment I am just getting all the strings of info together and trying to cut as many cost corners as posible, then after compare costs of various options.

If the supercharging does pan out if I can not get Alfa in my area to help a bit here and there as they might due to the industry I am in. You see, my company makes verious products for Alfa, notibly the instrumentation clusters, as well as for major companies such as Subaru, Honda, some Toyota, Triumph...various others, so I may try to pull a few strings here and there and see what happens.

i have just had work back from Jano-san, so things are begining to progress. He has been xtremely open minded to various options and the turn around time is MUCH less than I thought which brings other expenses down. As I said I may be able to pull a few lucky strings and have some favours come in - which means I will owe back in return, its worth it though.

So far the turn around time will be 3 days, which is total fitting and testing.

Parts will be delivered to the dealership and I may get them to carry that cost because it is tax claimable for them and they get Jano's expertise for 3 days of basic training. Win win for them...and Jano.

The kit is as slim said:
Fr/Rr body faring designed around better flow for cooler runnings and more air intake.
Fr/Rr Adjustable - lowered suspension
Vented / uprated brakes
19" OZ Alloys and Tyres
ECU remap
Exaust units and associated parts
Supercharger unit and associated parts.
fitting

YES PLEASE....!!!!!

More investigating the total costs and comparisons though...so this is yet just a budget/plan stage, time will tell but even my wife is pretty excited - yeah, I dont get that either, she LOVES Alfas. Perfect match there hey

Astro, sounds great, you may even get the Lambo's attention!Keep us posted on the progress. What power output does Jano have in mind?400hp?The Auto Delta Brera looks brilliant but you must talk Jano into allowing you "nomads" rear pipes, they look perfect on the Brera.

BTW, we are talking about the 3.2 Brera right?

Just checking as I don't think AD has got anything for the 2.2 version (the diesels are not sold in Japan fyi)

Re: Boosting the Brera...Japan.

yeah 3.2 lads....all the way.

Kanga, the power output that Juno has in mind has not yet been up for discussion yet. This project will not happen just yet...at the end of this year it will probably happen or january next year...need to save the yen-yen to pay for all the bling bling.

Yeah I am actually lucky, my wife really does support my decisions and usually ends up loving what I choose...its a curse to have great taste, he he he.

BF...its sooo funny mate, I just can not stop looking a your man boobs on the avatar, ha ha har!!!! its distracting lol. And your right, I dont think AD do anything for the TINY little brera 4 thingy.

Nomad, love the pipes mate...love them...did you keep all your original stuff as spares or sell them>>>?
