You could drive the car sensibly (it an Alfa!
), but if you want to enjoy the driving experience and don't want to have to explain to the next buyer that they have to drive it carefully (and haggle over the expense of a clutch) then get the clutch done.
I think dual mass wear usually shows through lots of judder when pulling away.
