PayPal - Who ever said it was easy & logical?

Hi,

I have a paypal account and used a debit card when i set it up and have until now only used it to pay for things. Vey recently i got a payment from another paypal user and its sitting as a balance in my account, i have gone to "Withdraw Funds" and it only offers me the option of setting up another account!????

I have tried to input the same bank details as i already have with paypal and it just keeps blowing me out!?

Can someone PLEASE! tell me how do i get my money off those charlatans? I just want them to pay it into the account i already have registered with them, you would think it was a reasonable request wouldn't you!?

I have a Paypal account and have never had any problems. Have the funds maybe not cleared?

Hi Diva, thanks for responding. I have never had problems with them before but i have never received payment via paypal b4, i have only ever paid for things with it. The funds are showing as "Available Balance" and when i click "withdraw" it takes me to new bank account page with the options at the bottom of "Add Account" or "Cancel" why can i not just "Transfer Monies into Existing Account"?

Have you defined the account you want to transfer to? That's what it means by "add account" if you haven't already done so.

Hi alfanano, by "defined" is that put in the same account details as i already have on ebay? If so, then i am and it just rejects the account i will try again now and post back what exzactly it states.

The response paypal give is when i stipulate the same account that i use to pay for items is...

"We're sorry, but that bank can't be linked to any more PayPal accounts. Please link a different bank account."

im tempted alfabeat, iv'e gotten that i detest paypal. What is the problem with them paying the monies paid into the same account as the one they take the money from?

Sorted! Like most things, easy when you know how. I had my account linked to another paypal account i forgot that i had!
