why has the old alfa....3rd picture in the second set got what looks like a set of mini lite alloys on it

Minilites were one of the first mass produced aftermarket wheels in the 1960s. Many were in magnesium. They became popular on Mini cars, but their name is just a coincidence. They are not specifically for Minis, but suit any car of that period.
