Smoke Tester

Does anyone have the smoke tester to check for air leaks on the Alfa Jetronics?

I'm about to lose it, I've checked everything I can think of including the Jetronics troubleshooting, replaced pumps, relays and fuse. Out of ideas, when I remove the oil cap, it doesn't seem to make a difference. After warm up, idles rough, but pumping accelerator can get it up on RPM and it runs good at about 3K rpm.

Not quite sure what you mean: If you need to check for air leaks in the induction manifold old mechanics blow cigarette smoke at the manifold and could then see if it was sucked in true leaks. A non smoker method is spraying with engine start help and if RPM rises it leaks.
If you don't find leaks then some troubleshooting of the Jetronic systems is called for.

Aerosol carb cleaner works well...RPM change when sprayed in vicinity of suspected leaks...

Hey Everyone,
I appreciate all of your answers, BUT, I have tried the L-Jetronics diagnostics (More than once), Found some problems, Relays, Filter, Pumps, Oil Evaporator filled with junk, leaks in the ducts of AFM, replaced lines, tested sensors, R&R fuel pressure regulator. I have some spare parts now. Has anyone found one of the un-obvious answers after checking the system thoroughly.
