Alfa Romeo Fuel Pump

Hi,
I have a 1987 Alfa Romeo Graduate. My out of tank fuel pump nolonger works and I have determined that it is because there is no power getting to the pump. I was told that the relay probably went bad and needs to be replaced, but I don't know where the fuel pump relay is. If anyone knows where it is and how to get to it please let me know.

P.S. If the out of tank fuel pump is on a fuse in addition, please let me know which fuse.

Thanks,
Gamebowser

Hi welcome on board! Try finding a model that your auto falls under and then post there. I'm sure that somebody will know somthing. Good luck.

Re: Alfa Romeo Fuel Pump

Hi Gamebrowser, welcome to AO.
I presume the Graduate is a Spider, you would be better posting this in the Classic Alfas Lounge. Perhaps Someone can move it for you. (Hans Wrinx Ian??)
I am not sure myself where that relay is, I will have a look in my WSM's for the GTV, it covers all the 105 series.

Re: Alfa Romeo Fuel Pump

Hello Gamebowser
If you can't find the relay, it would be easy enough to wire up another ignition fed live to the fuel pump through a new relay. Then at least you know it is a good new circuit. Also worth checking that the fuel pump is earthed correctly as they need a good clean earth.
