Correct placement of side badges S2 spider - advice needed

Hi all,

The spider has just had it's rear wings repainted and it's looking superb

But me being a numpy I forgot to mark out where the pininfarina badges go! Can anyone tell me what the correct position is so I can put them back on.

Thanks in advance, jon

Mine are 20cm to the centre of badge in from the door end of the panel and 2cm to the top of the badge down from the crease.

Mine has also been resprayed so that may not be accurate though!

Looking at my S2 1750 Instruction Book, it looks like sitting 5 cm from the top of badge down from the crease and mid way between door end and the end of the panel.

Thanks all, will have a crack at putting them on at the weekend and will post up the results, it's going through an MOT this week but all the necessary welding has now been done.

The panels in front of the rear wheel were quite rusty due to water ingress when the hood leaked a couple of times.. new hood coming next! so they've been cut out and new repair section panels from alfaholics welded in, the bodywork chap has done a superb job, and has added holes just at the inside the wheelarch at the bottom so I can add waxoyl in the future to keep it rust free (famous last words)
