Brake problem on 1984 GTV

Can anyone help me out with a brake problem? The brake pedal keeps losing pressure, master cylinder has been replaced and no external leaks visible.

Hi and welcome to AO I've moved your question to the tech lounge, hope you get her fixed up. Have you changed the hoses? if they are old they may have stretched. cheers.

It may sound simple, but after the master cylinder was replaced, were the brakes bled thoroughly? Air in brakes has a lot to answer for!

ClassicGal has a point too - I replaced the silly flexi rubber hoses on my '77 Spider with braided metal ones.
