1990 S4 Spider Price please

Hi I am looking at a 1990 S4 spider 38,000 Klms history untill 1997 and again from 2001 so mileage is believed genuine, is in absolute mint condition with no mods complete with hard top, if it is indeed as good as is claimed what is a fair price to pay?

Plenty going for around the £5K - £6K mark - these won't be mint but nice honest cars. £7.5K should buy a very good condition both cosmetic and mechanically - £10K would buy a mint condition, not many getting into this price range though.

I recently paid about 5k for mine ,a black s4 RHD with 72000 kms, hardtop and full service history ,not perfect but I think I did ok.

Go for it Bob - as Jamie said plenty good ones around the £5K mark, just depends how perfect you want it - I spent £5K on mine but so far spent >£3K on cosmetics alone Give it a good going over and haggle, it's a buyers market at the moment, good luck.

I've just bought a 1991 S4 Spider in black, hardtop, tonneau cover, 61000 miles, full documented history and only 1 owner from new for my wife (Ha Ha Ha screech of laughter!!!!) for £4000.
It's not immaculate but an honest example of a fine car.
I'm going to work out a maintenance programme with my local specialist (K and L autos in Golders Green) this week so that I can play with the car on what I can do, and he can do what I haven't got the tools or facilities or knowledge to do.

The 1990 model Spider S4 came without a CAT so this makes it even more desirable. Did you buy it?
