steering wheel

Can anyone tell me if the wooden steering wheel off a Alfetta GTV will
fit on a 1987 S3 spider. They look the same but is the taper/spline
the same?
Or does anyone have a wooden wheel that will fit?

If I'm not mistaken, Alfettas have splined steering shafts and steering wheels, Spiders have keyed wheels and shafts. They're not interchangable.
