DST settings being updated on log in

I get a "DST settings being updated" message every time I log on - on both computers. What is the cause and is it something in the settings at my end.

Have you tried changing the Time & Date settings in User Control Panel to Automatic

I get this when logging in switching from work PC (Brussels time) and then from my own PC (UK time). I guess your two computers are not set to the same time zone?
