It won't come up with the thing to make it work

I still can't even remove my personal mail to delete it

... it tells me my mailbox is full

and tells me me I have 32 messages, am only allowed 5, using current whatever
so how do I delete them

Have you tried deleting both in the 'Sent Items' and 'Inbox'? What do you see? Empty folders?

User error, I just checked your account and deleted your sent items with no issues at all.
The message should be gone now.
