Thread name change

How come when you go advanced and change a thread name the name change appears on the first post in the thread but not on the main lounge page

BTW first post in this lounge but I did a search and couldn't find any info on the subject

After a certain time limit the above happens, if you change it before the limit the thread title also changes

They don't make Ex-Staff like they used to!

Soon as the word "edit" appears on the post, I believe you're done for.

It's called cache and it saves lots of resources. We don't use caching everywhere but we do use it on the most used parts of the site.
