Ao shop?

i can't get into the AO shop it keeps saying a username and password is required, but when i enter my AO login it doesn't accept it???

The Shop is offline & that's not a Login for customers

We really are taking our time over the shop, we started it in March and have employed someone since March, trust me we need to get it live but unless it's right, we will not go live.
I am sorry for any inconvenience caused but at least you know our qualities and standards are extremely high as they go before costs.
