Thank you admins for sorting out my account however i am still not receiving mails from subscribed threads

Hi,

Did you receive an email from this thread as I subscribed you for instant email notification and then made this reply. The DNS changes we made today may take 2 days to filter around the internet but hopefully your ISP would already of updated theirs since this mornng.

Let us know please. Also Sorry if you thought we were ignoring you, we just didnt know you were having trouble

I'm now getting no email notification for subscribed threads

I havn't changed anything on my email account or here , They've just stopped coming thru .

Hotmail / live etc have changed their security settings and subscription type emails are no longer currently being accepted unless you add us too your safe senders list insode your hotmail account. If they still do not accept them you need to take this up with their support centre as we are 100% sending them as we have proven to you today on your support ticket.

Sorry but this one is really out of our hands.

Is there anyone else having problems getting subscription email from AO on their hotmail/live/msn email accounts
