Hi, Just set it up for a pub near Cheddar - I hope it's not too far from you. I thought if it was for a Sunday lunchtime, AOers from further afield could make a day of it

by the way, if you ever fancy holding some kind of do then i might be able to help, my other half is one of the managers at a large hotel here in barnstaple, could be a good location if you hope to attract from all over south west??? Just an idea

That would be great Rafe005. It may be something to consider later in the year - possibly get everyone together for a meal and stay over the night when the hotel's a bit quieter.

I've been to Barnstaple a couple of times and it's in a beautiful part of the country, so I'm sure it would be popular with people.

Hi im definately up for it! Will use it as an excuse to take the other half out for lunch! Im new by the way hope you all dont mind me popping along? We will be coming up from salisbury way anyone else from down this way? (Im from near castle coombe way other half is in salisbury)

Which hotel is it? I lived in braunton for years so know Barnstaple well.

Hi Alfie, its the B'ple hotel, they have just icreased their parking lot as well so should be plenty of room, they do quite a lot of meets for classic car clubs and the like
