The plan for NAD....

In order to enjoy the day we ideally need to be there for about
9.30-10.00, and we are coming from all over the SW/S Wales so meeting
point will be Leigh Delamere services East bound on the M4.

Meet there about 8.15 for a 8.30 (ish) leave

Jay can we have a second meet point at Membury as I don't get on the M4 til J15??

Is there somewhere near Basildon Park where all the regional convoys can meet so we can all go in and park up together?

I'm not sure about this one just yet Tess, but will let you know. I think I'd probably have to leave the house by about 6:30am just to get the Leigh Delamare! There goes my Sunday sleep-in!

trying to sort something out sue.....we will meet you in membury around 9am.....if anyone knows anywhere everyone is meeting before going into basildon park could they let us know and we will meet up with you...

been having a look for somewhere suitable for all the regions to meet and found this place, its just off J12 on the M4, if everyone is happy with it we just need to decide which company's car park to hijack!

Tess/Jay hope this is ok, I've done a little more checking and from Membury services to the business park its about 30 mins so us S West/Wales lot should get there about 9:40/9:45, I've picked a company (KPMG) at random to use their car park and this is the post code - RG7 4SD - and from here its only about 15 mins to Basildon Park. I've posted this in the S Central NAD thread as we already have a few takers to meet us there, but you may want to post it elsewhere as well.

Okey doke, looks like we have a plan forming for a meeting place.......

The South West/South Wales gang have 2 meeting points:

1st meeting point Leigh Delamere services (M4) 8.15 for an 8.30 leave

2nd meeting point Membury services (M4) 9.00 for a 9.10 leave to arrive at.......

the general meeting point at 9.45 at Arlington Business Park just off J12 (M4), we can hi-jack KPMG's car park - post code is RG7 4SD - and leave when everyone is all present and correct to convoy up to Basildon Park which is a 15ish min drive away.

Hope this is ok for anyone who wants to join up with us

Hi Oui, hmm forgotten about that, was going A417 Ciren/Swindon route but I guess that'll be pretty busy won't it, arrrgh means leaving even earlier to go M5/M4 but maybe that's better than getting stuck in the traffic for Fairford, in which case I'll be meeting up with the gang at Leigh Delamare services instead at 8:15.
