Group Rates
Group rate admissions apply to groups of 15 or more visitors entering the Museum as one party, with the group organiser paying admission fees.
If your numbers fall below 15 visitors then normal admission rates will apply.

might be an idea to meet up in a services nearby and sort out how many is going, collect the dosh so me and jay can pay when we get there......so if anyone is gonna be a +1,2,3,4 wateva, could they mention it on the RSVP please

theres a huge car park, at the cartgate roundabout, just outside of yeovil, its about 10mins away from yeovilton, and its got toilets etc, for you guys that are travelling a distance, that would be a great place to meet and convoy from, its all dual carriageway, to yeovilton, from there so no probs going off in convoy! if needed, i could wait at the entrance, to cartgate and direct members in, if that helps at all??

soz should have mentioned, its just off the A303, if you coming from the Taunton end!

Definitely up for this (more notice too so I wont end up busy).

My only issue would be the planned date... its the wifes birthday

If I come it would be with wife and kids in tow and as much as a nice day out with the kids wouldnt be a bad thing to do on that day, driving 4 hours back and forth to meet up with a load of 'internet car weirdo's' might not earn me many brownie points (her words, not mine

).

Is the date flexible? And how much?

On the 19th feb they are having a model show... so... boobies and bikini's!

Actually... no, not that kind of model... its done by Airfix. Lots of models, remote control aircraft etc etc...

munkie, sorry mate the date is set now, people have to arrange time from work and sort stuff out so thats why we give lots of notice for a meet, we will be happy to welcome your family and make it a great day out for them, jayw is a whizz with kids im sure he wont mind having them for the day

...actually it will be nice for Mia, jays daughter, to have some kids attending to keep her company...i hope you can see why the date is set and i hope you will be able too attend, i think i owe you a few slaps....

what about gordano for the bristol peeps and magor for my peeps and marko can plan a route with his peeps cos im not sure where they are coming from....?
