i am hoping to book the same hotel as last year, excellent value and the whole evening was very well organised, for me and Mrs W, going all out and getting an Exec room ect we paid £120 for the room and the meal, and that was for both of us.....
firstly i will be looking at dates that are suitable, Friday and Saturdays seem to be the most popular but again i will be putting up other dates as well.......
Again like last year the deposits and payment will be dealt with directly, i am more than happy to organise this but the booking and payments will be between you and the hotel, sorry if that sounds a little off but it is the best way of doing things
Please remember partners are more than welcome to this event, and as Hammy will tell you if you don't have one Mrs W will find you one during the evening
