The Eighth running of BIAMF will take place on Saturday, April 24th next and will have Alfa Romeo as the featured car marque in honour of the centenary of one of the best-loved makes in the history of motoring. Aprilia, who have been very successful in competition almost since their foundation, will be our featured two-wheeler.

To cover the ever-increasing costs of this event, this year we have to levy a charge of £5 per car for each accepted entry. However, any surplus remaining after the Festival will be donated to the Help For Heroes charity. Donations by the motorcycle and Scooter entrants will be co-ordinated by the Ducati Owners Club.

Display space will be at a premium once again and therefore an early application is advised. Acceptance of entries will be subject to the limitations and irregularity of the available parking areas and the need to provide a varied display. Please only enter if you are willing to be parked as directed.

All entrants who volunteer to marshal when applying for entry will receive a refunded entry fee and a souvenir of the Festival at the end of the event.

All IAMC members will receive a preferential consideration of their entry (subject to space constraints) and will not need to pay the entry fee.

In the first instance please go to www.ItalianAutoMotoClub.co.uk and click the BIAMF tab. There you will see the Entry link. Please copy the questions to an Email and send to biamf@ourhemanpal.co.uk.
Because Alfa Romeo are the featured marque we really want to have a varied display representing their history, so the older and less often seen models are particularly invited.

Details needed:
Your full name;

Your full postal address including post code;

Car make, model, year and registration number;

A mobile phone number - for safety reasons we may have to contact you during the Festival;

Your home or business phone number if possible.

Do you wish to volunteer to marshal? You must be parked in your display position by 06.45 am ready for the marshal's briefing at 7.00 am., be willing to assist as required during the influx from 07.30 - 11.00 am., be available during the day for an hour or two (you will still have plenty of time to yourself) and be on hand to assist the other entrants leave the event between 4 - 4.30 pm. Your entry fee will be refund and Festival souvenir will be presented at the end of the event.

Initially please send no money, just the above details. Following the acceptance of your entry application we will advise as to how you may pay the entry fee or IAMC membership fee
