The West Coast Rally Event Irvine 14th July 10am > 4pm

Club Cars To Be On Stand By 9.30am At Latest

Promises to be a great day , now in it's fourth year attracting car and motorbike enthusiasts from all marquees with vintage and exotic for all to see. I have provisionally booked a stand with ten spaces for alfaowner members however the more the merrier given it's all in a great cause. I just need to keep in touch with the organiser if we get more than ten on the RSVP. I have even been offered space for a gazebo if anyone has one:) The event takes place in Eglinton Country Park, Irvine , West Of Scotland.

Loads of Alfa's regularly spotted on the M77 so have a good feeling that we can get a healthy turnout. What makes this event very special is that all funds /profits raised from the event go to CLIC Sargent. A charity devoted to helping and caring for children that suffer from cancer.

Entry fee is a bit of a bargain at only £3 for each show car including passengers. Onsite there will be food stands, a fun fair, trade stands and dozens of petrolheads to mingle and chat with. Live music as well ...

Please note our Alfa's will be on show and undoubtedly as always will be a star attraction ;)

Please register your interest below on the RSVP list.....Thanks :D

Excellent johnmjess is joining us  , look forward to meeting you ....well done Tasha , think it's a good idea to comment on the thread every couple of days as it keeps it in the "new posts" area and it gets a much better chance of getting spotted ....don't worry sure we can fill our ten spaces ...:)

Hi folks,
Thanks to SCGT Stuart's PM I found out about this event, I had no knowledge of it, so thanks Stu!

I'm down as a maybe, because I'm at Goodwood on the 12th. If I'm back, I'll gladly be with you guys at Eglinton but Its going to be a last minute confirmation I'm afraid.

Car all polished , just hope it stays dry now till Sunday and the seagulls don't use me for target practice

Looks like it will be a lovely day , bit cooler but still bright & sunny ....still some spaces available on the stand....good family day !

Well, I can say now I definitely will NOT be going :( was waiting till the last minute to decide but the car has decided for me. The power steering has packed in! Having just paid out a grand in the last few weeks keeping it on the road to say I'm scunnered would be an understatement!
