3rd scottish italian car day in a row I have given them my address asking for a giulietta and Mito brochure and 3rd year in a row they haven't sent me one!!!
Come on guys. You are the only dealer contact remotley near Aberdeen. You might not think I am going to buy a car anytime soon but often circumstances change, money becomes available and a new alfa becomes a possibility.
Ransoman. Give me a call on 01738 444555 asap so that I can get your details. I was not "working" on the Western stand at SICD, I was however there on the day in my capacity as Rep on here. As many of you know, I am part of the sales team in Perth.
Apologies that your enquiry was not dealt with more swiftly. Phone me and it will be in the right hands.
Edinburgh Sales - 1 out of 10 on the MiTo, 4 out of 10 on 159.
Edinburgh Service - 10 out of 10
Glasgow Sales - 7 out of 10 (one guy far better than the other at following up
Glasgow Service - 7 out of 10 (Graham is good, but too many jobs not properly finished requiring second visit)
Since 2003 we have bought a 156, a 147, two 159's and a MiTo, all brand new, so should be recognised as a real purchaser!
Western missed out to David Whitton Piccadilly Alfa Romeo in Yorkshire on the 159's and MiTo's as they are prepared to discuss a deal and return enquiries...a bit far to travel for service though.
I dont mess about though, I gave up after 2 calls to Mercedes Benz Glasgow (the sales guy was good, but as it was a high value his manager got involved and messed it up) and got my S212 from Liverpool, who delivered the vehicle that Glasgow said they couldnt supply, and they offered a far better discount.
The bottom line is that if you are prepared to buy down south you can save up to £2k plus. Each time I have changed cars I`started at Western but ended up going South because Western were just too expensive
Rachel and John in the Edinburgh service dept are great though.
Try going North next time you're in the market, to Perth.
