It's been a bit quiet here for a while with events etc, so does anyone want to do something in the next few weeks? I.e. meet for a drink, go for a run or karting?

Depends when, but I quite fancy that. Off to Italy on 27th, then may have a busy few weeks after that, but let's see. Have a bee in my bonnet now about getting the Sprint done . . . . .

Like those posting above, I too am going away mid July. I'm no use at karting anyway (too heavy??!), but it would be good to get some peeps together, even if just for a wee static.

If you look in the NW lounge, we're also starting to put together plans for a big multi regional down around the borders. The last one of them we had was great and had a massive turnout

I was thinking if everyone wants to do the karting we could do it in August, gives everyone time to save their pennies or if you're me do more overtime :p Either that or meet up for a wee get together and maybe do something like this later on.

August is already fairly busy Aimee with Hopetoun AND Knockhill falling within 3 days of each other. Might need to push this further back yet. I'm definately doing Knockhill and Hopetoun House, and would not be keen on anything else in that month.
The Rage buggies look great, but maybe something for early spring next year? We still need to get a AOSS run done, which I know Phil was keen to do. This was earmarked for September/October. I'd assume most would be up for the karts around December/January as before. Saying that though, that outdoor track looks pretty good. It all comes down to money and time I suppose.
Gauge interest then see what's what.
Cheers

Outdoor karting, Rage Buggies or the Honda Pilots would be good before the end of the summer if enough interest Aimee! :D

Would certainly come along to indoor Karting over the winter too.

If you get a pub meet up or mini run arranged before Hopetoun i'll come if I can anyway! :)

I think probably just a wee meet would be easier since most will be of on holiday or saving for petrol for KHill etc.

And if we go karting Philip and Graham aren't invited to give us mere mortals a chance to win hahaha.

Just kidding:p

I can keep Phil behind me for laps and laps if we're karting. I know the racing line

I think the words 'pest' 'roadhog' and 'awesome driver' were used to describe me. Well, two of them were
