As you know Julie (aka Paintergirl) left the forum partly to concentrate on her new venture, Cloud 9 Gallery, which she is opening in Dumfries to showcase her work and the work of other local artists and to hold art workshops for those wishing to learn a thing or two. The gallery opens on May 7th and she has ask if I could post an invitation in the AOSS lounge so that people who want to attend can make the necessary arrangements.

Well, that's us just arrived back at the caravan after the visit to the gallery and I have to say Julie and Grant have done a great job of converting the old shop into a rather swish gallery and studio. I strongly recommend that you visit the place if any of you are ever in the area. I'm sure Julie would be delighted to see you.
It's a bit far for me to come but I wish her all the luck in the world
