Glasgow Meet?

Anyone up for a meet in Glasgow area, maybe road trip down to AYR or so over the next month. I know theres a few meets up and coming but none really in the immediate Glasgow area and there must be a fair few Alfa guys round about who'd fanci that. Had my spider for 9months now and not managed a to make a meet yet but quite fanci seeing some of the other local alfa owners and their prized possessions Suggestions welcomed!!

Well, how does sunday 17th or 24th suit people? Could meet Glasgow city centre 1ish followed by a run down to Ayr with a stop for coffee etc and then back up to Glasgow. Let us know what date best suits the majority :-)

I've got work at 4pm on Sunday's so don't know whether or not I'd be back in time but if it was early then I might be okay if you come down the M8 thru Inverclyde to Ayr.

Mancinis looks good to me, hopefully it'll be sunny Could possibly go down the Inverclyde way via Greenock, Largs, Prestwick etc and then back up the M77. About a 90 mile round trip!!

Sorry I doubt I'd make another meet in April before the big north run.
Why not join us on the 10th in Stirling?
Hopefully we'll have a new rep to try and fill Franks shoes over the west somewhere soon!
But we are planning to get a run over west / south west later in the year.

If you go down thru my neck of the woods then I'll join in at Port Glasgow saves me having to go up to come back down again. I'll even ask my boss if I can start later.

I could do either 17th or 24th! I live near Loudoun Hill, about 40mins from Glasgow so it's easy for me to get to the city centre. Sounds like a good little drive though and it'll be good to meet other owners and their Alfa's!

I'll be up for this if it's the 17th because we're moving house the 24th (Easter weekend) and likely to be busy with house stuff until the summer.

Ayrshire coast sounds good though.

We could do the M8 route down to Port Glasgow and Greenock crossing over to the A78 coast road down through Weymss Bay and Largs all the way to Prestwick and then a small drive through Prestwick and Ayr town ending up at the promenade or somewhere in Ayr for a light refreshment? And on the way back we could do the M77 from Prestwick right back up to Glasgow. Any alternatives?
