What's it like with you guys? Here in almost the highest part of Cumbernauld it's torture. Spent yet another day at home as I was unable to get the car out of the street & public transport is not an option for work. Any cars / vans coming into our street don't get out as it's uphill. Moved the car back & forth on the drive but it bottoms out when I try to get on the road!

Happy Days!!!

Those shots were taken first thing this morning. I dug the car out yesterday & this is what I woke up to. TBH I'm quite enjoying the day off as I went out for a walk earlier which was quite nice. Getting up to date with my decorating as well :)

Ordered autosocks at the weekend as a just in case. As soon as I hit the 'order button the snow started.
I'm seriously thinking in a set of these as well mytyres.co.uk - Details: Dunlop SP WINTER SPORT 3D 225/50 R17 98H XL with rim protection, AO, M+S marking

I've been clearing snow.... and i'm not joking.... 4 hours a day since last wed.
Alnwicks been hit really hard and the village I live at never see's a gritter.

If I want out I need to do the access road at the side of my house. Of coarse.... no-one ever offers to help. They just wait till I clear it and go.

This was taken by a mate who works in town.

We don't live in the same town and yet we have identical neighbours?

I ache in muscles I didn't know I had, must have shifted tons of snow. And it's still coming down.

Thank God it's December now. One month nearer to Spring. :D
