Hi Folks,

Looking for a wee favour here, just got my hands on a GTV 2.0 TS last week (for Mokicat cos I wrote off her 147 earlier in the month). Problem is I'm getting no sound at all from the head unit. It switches on ok, finds radio stations, swaps CDs in the changer (can hear it whirring away blissfully in the boot), arial comes up but still no tunes!!

I don't have enough experience with ICE systems to have a go at fixing it myself - I'm a website designer, what the heck do I know about car radios? lol

Anyway, I cook a mean curry (advantage of being British Pakistani) and would happily swap a decent home cooked meal for a couple of hours of your time. A bit skint this month due to shelling out for the GTV hence the offer of trading a curry for your skills :)

We're down in Cumnock but will happily bring the motor and curry to you (if in the West Coast)

Anyone help?

Thanks in advance,

Waz

As moki says - you're more than welcome to come down for a social night of curry, cards and beer (aye I'm an Asian fella that enjoys the odd tipple lol) - just mind bring your multimeters with you :p

And I prefer "social entrepreneur" to the term chav!
