Mito 120 Veloce

Alfacraft - Richmond

Hi everyone,

My Mito has just had its first service. Not wanting to pay the extortionate main dealer fees, I opted for a (local) specialist, Phil @ Alfacraft. The garage seems well equipped and Phil is obviously an Alfa fanatic with memorabilia all over the office.

The garage wasn't the easiest to find, but once I found it things moved swiftly. This was the first Mito that Phil had done so it was a bit of a learning experience. He had a bit of trouble removing the oil filter (which seemed to have welded itself to the car) meaning that the filter change took a lot longer than anticipated! However he persevered and managed to get it changed. Even though it took a lot longer, Phil stuck to the price that he quoted me.

I'd certainly recommend Alfacraft if you're looking for a local Alfa Indie

Alfacraft - London Alfa Romeo Specialists (The website isn't very comprehensive, but has the important details!) You can email him on alfacraftphil AT yahoo DOT co DOT uk or call him on 0208 878 8636

James

He lives in Raynes Park during week so may even be able to pick up car from you or you can drop off easier...

Thanks for this, I'm only in Chiswick and in need of some work doing, this seems ideal!

I don't think he's that sort of garage but he may be happy to if he's got one of his own cars spare, worth asking....

I would recommend Phil at Alfacraft everyday of the week. I have a 75 twinspark and he recently got it through it's MOT and charged a third of another local garage. Totally honest and a true Alfa fan, and a genuinely nice guy. Just bought a 155 from him and it is brilliant!
