Hi All

Got a special treat lined up to start off this years festivities.

On Saturday 11th December we have been given exclusive access to here

http://www.gatwick-aviation-museum.co.uk/

As an added bonus we will be able to bring the cars amongst the aeroplanes for a photo opportunity, Imagine your car being photographed together with a lightning or a harrier

The meet will start from 10am onwards until around 2pm and entry will cost £5 per person, this is a donation in order to help the musuem towards their intended target of rehousing these magnificent aeroplanes in a proper museum.

To follow on from this we will be conyoving to another venue for a spot of lunch,, just finalising details now and will post shortly but will be in the vicinity of the musuem.

If you would like to attend please can you indicate whether you are attending lunch as well by entering lunch plus number of persons e.g. lunch x 2 so I can arrange a suitable venue.

****Updated****

I have now arranged our lunch venue it is the Inn on the Pond, Nutfield which is just up the road from the museum, I had a meal here recently and it's superb.

Website Address Details are Here

http://www.theinnonthepondnutfield.co.uk/

Address is

The Inn on the Pond, Nutfield Marsh Rd
Nutfield, Surrey, RH1 4EU

They have managed to squeeze us in and I have a table booked for 25 at the moment

Blimey where did everyone come from, just sorting the lunch venue now as I think we're going to need a bigger Pub / Pub Car Park.

Will post details as soon I've sorted it.

Have sorted the venue, which is the inn on the pond which is up the road from the musuem, had a meal there recently and it's very good.

I have a table booked for 2pm which means we need to leave the museum by 13.15 to get there and sat down for lunch

For those that have RSVP'd maybe please can you confirm if you can make it as soon as possible if you wish to attend the lunch so I can finalise numbers with the Pub

Nice work Jon, shame my other half has her works do that evening, otherwise would indulge myself with that cracking menu.

Looking forward to going to Gatwick though, as I missed the last meet there because I was working.

No Worries if you're ordering steak please can you state your preference for how you want it cooked

e.g. Still Mooing / Rare / Medium / Well Done / Very Well Done / Blackened / Cremated etc...
