Fortunately I managed to escape having to go to Dirty Dancing at the Mayflower!

bad luck Nokor, hope its not too bad. AL Bournemouth diffo has some good trade from all of us!

Oil cooler pipe had corroded, and luckily i caught it in Portsmouth before going up the A3 yesterday..

Downside is that i only had Roadside cover with RAC so they shafted me having to take it to AL.. Maybe in hindsight, i should have gone to Meridien which was 2 miles away (not 47)

I'm having the service done now which was originally for the 12th which is an advantage, but i now have:
Service
Oil cooler and pipes (which had all fused together)
Waterpump and cambelt done (which i thought might needed doing anyway because of the age of the car)

It's in good hands, but christ, a £1k ballpark figure is not what i had in mind for this month

Sorry to hear that. My car is already there, so it looks like Laurence is collecting them. I have the 145 cloverleaf atm.

I have booked the table for about 5 people, but told them the number could change.
