A pushbike

Whenever I have done it in the past I have always used a screwdriver laid across it.

If you've got strong hands, a pair of long nosed pliers will do the job. I've only ever come across one where it didn't work so I had to make a wind-back tool from crap I had lying about.

I've used a sturdy old long screw driver, against the old pads to push in the pistons.
