End of July is the planned opening. I check the website weekly. Once a date is published, expect an AO run soon after

I believe it to have an average speed camera, and a speed if 70mph, which can be adjusted.

1 side of the tunel will be open soon, but to the speed limit of 40mph.

Mmm, I saw some very large "average speed camera" signs the last time I went through there (not very often recently, haven't had the car on the road since January!); they looked pretty permanent...

According to my friend who is a local resident (so gets all the latest) it will be a national speed limit with average speed cameras.

One part, the south I understand opens very soon. I'm going to create a tunnel run, likely to be a Saturday evening.
