Bishops of Guildford loan car.

Hi All,
Just been told by Bishops of Guildford that their loan car carries a £5000 excess on the insurance policy, anyone experienced similar. I rang the Alfa dealer in Reading and they have an excess of £300 on there loan car. I'll only need it while they refurb my alloys due to corrosion under warranty.

I'd walk rather than pay that!

I wonder if they have been burnt before....
