Google Chrome assistance please!!!!

Ok, I've asked my friends and they out so I'm hoping there is SOMEONE on this forum that knows how to enable java scripts on Google chrome, the "new and revised" NCR website I work off is giving me the error that I need to enable java scripts to run the page properly and now the page has just stopped working, totally...
Please help getns...

It's normally enabled by default, so I suspect there is another issue, anyway to check:

chrome settings > Under the hood > Privacy Section > Content Settings >Allow all sites to run Javascript

Thanx for advice, I checked it out and its already ticked
the problem is I'm still getting this message when I log onto the site

"We have noticed that JavaScript is not enabled on your browser. This website requires that you have JavaScript enabled in order to use certain features of this site."

I can't use firefox cause it bogs my PC down too much and turns it into a VW Golf of PC's
Plus our main system is an on line system that only works through Chrome
