**166** Donor Parts
Thanks to Rory I'm going to have a look at this tomorrow.
Alfa Romeo 2001 for sale in Dublin : €300 - DoneDeal.ie
Its not driving, head cracked or something. Anyway, no doubt I'll end up bringing it back here.
So, if anyone needs bits, just let me know.

That was quick..
Consider it provisionally booked. I think the interior is going to be black/grey, same as mine. My coin tray is black rubber.

Got it..!!
The interior is ALL black. Clothe seats with the Alfa lettering on them.
There is also a "BRAND NEW" radiator in it. Was put in 2 weeks before the cylinder head went.
Any requests..?

Depends how difficult it is to remove. Have you removed one before?

Arm rest is excellent++. Doesn't look like its every been down and rested on.
Do you just want the lid? I cant see how to get just the lid off. Any ideas..?
Coin tray is a bit grubby, but no rips or tears.

Don't know haven't played with it before.
I would be interested in break fluid level sensor - this would be very easy

Had a go at getting it off earlier, its a pig..! Need a better 12mm socket and a decent extension bar..
Sensor should be doable though, I'll get at it tomorrow.

Cool
Do you think it's doable to replace manifold at the parking ? do it require access from bottom ?

Open the arm lid rest up to it's most vertical position then push out one of the hinges to one side whilst sliding it towards the handbrake end of the car. Once it pops out the other side just pulls out. It's just basically two plastic pins attached to the lid that fit into a circular hole either side of the base to allow it to hinge. The plastic has a good bit of flexibility in it so you won't break it when you force it. HTH.
PS - are the TS rads the same as a V6 rad? If yes, how much and would you post to Scotland??!

I'd say you need access underneath as well. Bottom shield off. Couple of axle stands would do it though. I'll have another go at it, its just the nuts are a bit inaccessible.

I'll give that a go, cheers. Wouldn't have a clue if rads are the same or not. Ring the local stealer and ask them, or I'm sure someone on here will come along and enlighten us..

Is that not in the screw cap that goes in to fluid reservoir?
If it is it's just a case of popping the block connector off....
