Re: The Sightings Thread

Must have seen around 5 Alfas around Bray yesterday when getting an alloy repaired. Quite the hotspot of good taste early on a Saturday!

Re: The Sightings Thread

Is this a Munster-based sightings thread only?

Saw loads of Alfas in the Phoenix park on Saturday morning...
T'was nice to meet with a bunch of like minded enthusiasts.

Re: The Sightings Thread

Is that whole PROC (People's Republic of Cork) still in-vogue?
I wouldn't dare slag off the munster crowd. Too many friends, in-laws, out-laws, etc in that part of the world

PROC? Isn't that just a euphemism for Langerland?

Alloy Wheel Repair aka Collins Engineering. In Solus Tower Insdustrial Estate. Open Saturdays 8-12 which is pretty cool.

Re: The Sightings Thread

He had it on the Ferry to LeMans last year.

It's great that he uses the car and its not stuck in a garage.

The SZ styling is an "Acquired" taste

Seriously, I see so many Alfas on the road now that I drive to work that I'd nearly need to know in advance who they are before I wave at them.

I think I can tell an Alfista from an owner-we usually slow down and have a look at each others cars-only around town of course-the open road is a different matter....

I have noted in a 'spotted' thread on Alfaireland that there are a lot of women round Kildare in Alfas-wouldn't do for a man due to get wed soon to be 'flashing' them!

Saw a lovely red GT in Clon village today was trying to catch up to it but the foorpath would have been the only option and well the old people wouldn't really like that to much.
