Appeal, there are many companys who will give you a draft letter to send to these council do nothing attendants. usually about £7-9. And yeah it does work.
Yea I took some piccies, apparently he did as well BUT he wouldn't show them to me. He accused me of moving my car in the 3 minute difference from the fine to the piccies.
I'll have my solictor draft up a letter and send it to them.
I have had similar problems with same attendent tho, we don't get along when I knew his son you see.
BUT !!! rejoyce... remember what a miserable life and job a parking attendant has, and no chance for promotion..

In the picture I amit im fairly close to the line, the wing mirror is in th other bay. Would that be why?? I would upload that picture but got home to find the dog has chewwed it

was your car allegedly parked over the bay lines infront/behind (as though parked on the street next to the kerb) or the bay lines to the side (as though parked in a Car Park)?
t sounds like a tough deal, I see from the PCN that the attendant 'has reason to believe' about the offence. That doesn't sound clear cut to me. Either you have commited an offence (and where's YOUR day in Court let them prove their case), or have not. He may also believe that cars run on gravy and salmon live in trees, but that don't make it so!!
Parking attendants should restrict themselves to monitor cars parked where they shouldn't be, not paying where they should or being parked for too long. NOT for someone who has parked in a parking area and paid for the privilege!
ANd dig the parking attendant into the front of his face.
