Uk Home Office needs to sort itself out

So they can deport this man from the UK because the NHS killed his wife due to gross negligence, but they can't deport this preacher who is probably a terrorist.

That's because we've got this stupid rule (law?) that they can't deport someone if they may be tortured in the country we are deporting them too ... the trouble is that means we can't get rid of the biggest a*rsholes because everyone ones to kick the sh*t out of them ...

I think it disguisting as well. It's not that poor guys fault that the hospital killed his wife.

As for the preacher I would love to know where he is then send somone around to sort him out. Norman Kember would be next on the list.

Its Brussles again isnt it!! I blame them for everything. My tea wasnt ready when I got in from work today and that was their fault too. And last night I had trouble getting to sleep and then I almost overslept, and that was their fault too. Its got to stop!!!

Unfortunately, this "mastermind" managed to get himself into
the UK, which can't use evidence extracted through torture.

The only way they can "deal" with him now is if the US shows
an interest, because to be deported to the US, evidence
is no longer required and people in the UK no longer
have any rights if us.gov come after you.
If a warrant is issued in the US for you to be extradited from the UK,
you're as good as on that plane.

Abû-Qatâda al-Filisṭînî sometimes called Abû-Omar is a Muslim who has been accused of terrorist activities by a number of governments Under the name Omar Mahmoud Othman he is under worldwide embargo by the United Nations Security Council Committee 1267 for his affiliation with al-Qaeda. He is wanted on terrorism charges in Algeria the United States, Belgium, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, and his native Jordan
After the liberation of Kuwait from Iraq (which Abu Qatada opposed) he was expelled from Kuwait to Jordan. From there he travelled to the UK in 1993 on a forged UAE passport, and requested asylum on grounds of religious persecution. He was granted asylum the following year. He has been in British custody since his most recent arrest, in August of 2005, shortly after the London transit bombings. A British court ruled on February 26, 2007 that he may be deported to Jordan. I work for the HO. The HO aren't to blame in the majority of cases. It's above, tribunals etc etc. As you say, it truly sucks but sadly, Britain is a soft as a steaming pile of poo poo when it comes to human rights.

Why spend so much money on crims when the elderly go cold & hungry
