That was in 2006, it took nearly 3 weeks for my car to be removed, I didn't get settlement for the car for nearly two months and I am STILL waiting to recover my loss of earnings and the cost of the damage to my property from them. I've pretty much given up now if I'm honest - to get the money for the car out of them involved being on the phone every day to see what was happening.
On the bright side, it meant I got to buy my alfa as a 'sensible' replacement
Good luck with your claim, they're utter buggers - even tried to deny responsibility for piling into my parked car!
