mrs al very hormonal, decides to have a massive rant at me for spending an hour this evening at her brother's girlfriend's house fixing her computer. said girlfriend happened to engage in some weapons-grade and wholly inappropriate (but quite exciting) flirting - not that mrs al knows anything about that - then a girl i "knew" at uni decides to message me on facebook. nothing wrong with that in itself but to say that i haven't even heard her name in 14 years she picked a bloody great time to message me - with a hormonal mrs al sitting next to me watching what i was reading on t'internet

I guess her brother's girlfriend is on the pleasant side of the looks' line? And you volunteered to walk into that minefield, unaccompanied whilst hormonal MrsAls little green monster is at home taking steroids and speed? She suspects you'd flirt - even without proof - and you did it anyway. "Innocent" or not - it's guilt in the mind of a woman because she knows you were playing away in your mind if not in fact.

Mate - you should have seen that one coming. I strongly suggest an abject apology now. Flowers of the extravagant kind tomorrow. An attentive time with her tomorrow - with abundant, genuine compliments on her attractiveness, preferably get a sitter in and take her off for a meal or quiet drink somewhere you won't be distracted.
